One should follow dates and timings of location where one is residing at the time of their iftar. If one has completed 28 fasts in one country and they travelled to another country where Muslims are celebrating Eid, then one should celebrate Eid with People and complete their remaining fasts later as per their country of current residence (29 fasts or 30 fasts respectively). Similarly, if one has already completed 29 or 30 fasts and when they travelled to another country where people are still observing Ramdhan, then one should observe fasts with them and fasts exceeding 30 will be counted as Nafil Fast.
