Will a person be held responsible for delaying prayers without any reason?
I mean, is it necessary for a person to pray as soon as the time arrives, or is there time for him to pray before the salah time ends?

As long as one is offering Salah within alotted time window, legally the Salah would be valid (with or without reason).
