Is my ghusl valid if I wash a part I couldn’t wash after some places in my body were dry?like I put my towel before i could wash my foot properly?(the places the towel touched are dried?)

Ghusal means to wash properly and thoroughly. If some parts were left out they may be washed right after, but without it ghusal will not be complete.

If the ghusl is not complete (any parts are left out without any reason) then it’s not valid.

As long as your entire body including feet are thoroughly washed then your ghusl is complete. It doesn’t matter if certain body parts got dry (after washing) while you were washing your feet.
