Solving Assignments As A Way Of Earning
Assalamualaikum!
There is a trend in universities that many Pakistani University Students solve assignments and quizzes of other university students (mainly of universities outside of Pakistan) and charge them. Is this allowed in Islam and the income they get in return to this work, does it comes under Haram?

This is a forgery. Universities do not allow it. it is both ethically and legally not allowed. the income they earn is not halal too. One may assist someone to do his or her assignment but cannot solve it in their names.
