Dum For Not Performing Umrah While Visiting Mecca Without The Intention
I visited with my family to Makkah to perform Umrah from different city in KSA. My father was also with us as he couldn’t stay at home due to some health issues. My father didn’t have intention to perform Umrah but he stayed with us in hotel in Makkah. Was it mandatory for him to perform umrah as he entered the boundary of Makkah?

Umra is an optional ibadah therefore, there is no such compulsion to perform Umra everytime one visits Mecca.
