If it is done to create a joke at the expense of someone’s else’s personality, then of course it cannot be considered acceptable on ethical grounds. It falls under oppression.

If it is done in a pleasant way and the person whose mimicry is being done is not offended, then it is fine. The principle is, it should not be unethical as indicated by Umer Qureshi sahab.
