In principle everything immoral is impermissible. It’s not okay to lie or be deceitful in order to attain some personal gains.
With that said, there can be certain instances where it becomes necessary to undertake an immoral act, however, such instances cannot be generalized. Every situation is different and the correct course of action can only be determined after knowing all the pertinent parameters.
