Punishment In Hereafter After Getting Punished In This World
Assalam-o-Alaikum
Will a person be punished on the day of judgement if he get punished in this world for his crime like if someone raped a girl and feels sorry get punished by the country law will he be punished in hereafter? and if he is not punished in this world but he is sorry and feeling guilty about his crime will he then punished in hereafter if the answer is no he will not punished in hereafter if he is sorry then what’s the difference between these two people one will get forgiveness after getting punishment in this world and one will get forgiveness without getting punishment because if you truly feel sorry from pure heart and ask ALLAH’S forgiveness ALLAH Will forgive IN SHA ALLAH

The world runs with its own laws and procedures. if gets caught, the culprit will be punished according to the law. but before God, he will be forgiven only if he repents and make amendments to the extent possible for him. if he does not repents, the worldly punishment will not relieve him from God’s punishment in the hereafter. and if he is not get caught here, and repents he has chance to be forgiven by God.
Having said that, the crimes which involves human beings like the one you mentioned, his forgiveness depends upon the forgiveness of the person affected.
