Is it true, that in the presence of men young women are only allowed to reveal embellishments of hands, face and feet on the condition that their intention is not to show off,or their is no such condition and they can display the embellishments of hands, face and feet regardless of the intention ?

The intention is a hidden thing, it comes to question when it comes to playing. That is why certain acts are forbidden, which attract the attention of men out of the way, like, stamping feet on the ground so that attention is drawn to their hidden ornaments, it is not allowed even if one has no intention to draw the attention.

Okay but revealing the embellishments is allowed right and this condition is not like the one that was for old women
