How Are Righteous & Believers Rewarded With Joyous And Happy Life In This World?
In reference to the verses below where Allah promises…
[10:62] Absolutely, GOD’s allies have nothing to fear, nor will they grieve.
[10:63] They are those who believe and lead a righteous life.
[10:64] For them, joy and happiness in this world, as well as in the Hereafter. This is GOD’s unchangeable law. Such is the greatest triumph.
I am sure we know a few who believe and lead a righteous life. Still I see them going through difficulties of life, pain, suffering, disease and financial challenges. Then what does Allah mean by these verses if not the believers leading a happy life?

This is about the Rasool and his companions. These righteous believers will have a life free of fear and grieve in the hereafter and they had good tidings, (10:64, not a life of joy or happiness here, as you assume, the word Bushra is used which means good tidings), in their life from God about the triumph, spoils of war etc, they were going to gain.

The words:
لَا تَبْدِيلَ لِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ ۚ
confirms that this is about the law of God about Rasool and his companions which is being referred to here.
