Eternal Punishment For Suicide And God's Permission
Assalam-o-Alaikum
My question is If a person goes and
commits suicide the punishment in the hereafter is eternal hell but if a person go and commits suicide but ALLAH saves his/her life and kept him or her save from hell fire how is it fair one person goes to do a sin like suicide and ALLAH let him/her do it and in the hereafter he/she will be punished but saves the other person. because nothing happens without ALLAH’s permission. I know a person tries but All in ALLAH’s control how is it fair.

There seems some misunderstanding regarding word “God’s Permission“. God’s permission refers to the fact that this world has been instituted on laws of nature and have God’s permission to work as such and this entails every working of this universe. Most of the time, such laws are not intervened with, but at times, considering the overall scheme of God and his wisdom, he does intervene in the workings of these laws. We have no basis to know that which intervention was because of God’s direct act and which interventions are because of natural happening of events. Therefore, it is not right to say with certainty that God saved one person and let another person die because of suicide.

Secondly, as a principle certain things are Haram e.g. polytheism, murder, suicide and adultery etc. and have every potential to be punished on the day of judgement and sometimes may even lead to eternal punishment. However, every such punsinment is subject to due consideration to the culprits’ circumstances. It is quite possible that some circumstances may lead to a lesser punishment or even exoneration.

okay right let’s use “if”. we can’t say with certainty but if there is Allah’s intervention and the person who tries to commit suicide do not die what is the difference what’s the point a person commit suicide and die theres no natural and Allah’s intervention and the other one will be saved

This is a hypothetical example for which there is no basis. Unless you can convince me that a particular person died of suicide because God intervened personally and some another person didn’t die of suicide because God intervened and saved him, this question will stay hypothetical because to me, both events are happening because of cause and effect, the same laws of nature created by God entailing the working of this whole universe.
Now lets assume this hypotheical for the time being, which leads to another hypothetical that the first person who God let die of suicide had a genuine excuse for that act which may lead to his exoneration, while the second person God saved from suicide led a life of open rebellion towards God which may lead to severe punishment on the day of judgement. There is no end to these hypotheticals.
The principle which remains intact is that every person will be judged on the basis of acts committed out of one’s freewill and if because of some circumstances, that freewill has been taken away or someone is not allowed to excercise it freely (whether due to God’s intervention or otherwise), due allowance will be given in those circumstances.
