  • Reward And Religious Validity Of Charity Done Online?

Is there a reward for donating charity online to organisations from the comfort of our home ? Or the reward bigger by stepping out of the house and making an effort to give sadqa .

Should we trust online NGO’s and other organisations? Or is it better to find someone by making an effort

The primary responsibilty of a Muslim is their immediate family members and immediate social circle. After fulfilling that responsibility, one can give their Sadqa and Zakat to any reputable organization. However, one must make sure, to the best of their ability that organization they are opting for their charity is a genuine organization and has a track record of helping the right recipients. This kind of research of course cannot be exhaustive, but should be done to the best of one’s ability. There is no rerquirmernt of makig an extra effort specifically by going out physically and finding the right recipient.
