Hamare yaha fish jo milti he,jyadatar gair muslim selling karte he, fish ke liye jo jaal dala jata he us par bismillah padhi ke nahi ye keh nahi sakte,fish ka jaal dalne wale muslim bhi ho sakte he,ya gair muslim bhi,kya is surat me fish ko eating karna kesa hoga?

There is not need to recite the name of God on fish. The name of God is pronounced on the animals which are slaughtered. so there is no need to see if the fisherman is Muslim or not.
