Firqa Parasti In Islam

Sir, is it possible in future that someone will finish these all differences of Firqas in Islam and all the people of Islam will follow one route? Is it mentioned in Quran or Hadith?
I have my own idea. But I want to know your thoughts about this question.

Assalam-o-Alaikam. Since humans are given free wills the firqas will never end. It has been going on since the humans were sent to earth.
