Quran 83:36 Can This Be Interpreted As A Proof Of Allah’s Justice?
هَلۡ ثُوِّبَ ٱلۡكُفَّارُ مَا كَانُوا۟ یَفۡعَلُونَ﴿ ٣٦ ﴾
• Dr. Mustafa Khattab:
˹The believers will be asked,˺ “Have the disbelievers ˹not˺ been paid back for what they used to do?”
Al-Mutaffifin, Ayah 36
Can this be interpreted as Allah finally showing the believers that everyone has received justice and the believers will be content with the final decision, something that they used to doubt or fear whether the disbelievers and transgressors be punished or not so now Allah is proving it right to them?

The believers can’t doubt that the disbelievers will be punished or not. They will see what has been promised that finally it is done.
