Difference Between “Badkaari” And “Fahashi
Assalam-o-Alaikum Everyone
My question is what is the difference between “Badkaari” and “Fahashi”
Are both the same crimes/Sins are both mentioned in the list of 5 Haram things which are mention in the Quran Do they both have same level of punishment? If an actor doing intimate scene does he/she committing a sin or it’s demand of script if its a crime/sin will it be considered “badkaari”
Help me to understand it

Badkaari is main sin for which punishment is given in surah noor.
Fawahish is a broad category which include badkari, bad nazri, indecent words, porn, nudity etc. For Ghamidi sb comments watch following video From 35:12 to 37:13

Any physical relation outside of marriage (badkari) is punishable which is mentioned in Surah Nur ie lashes. Apart from that there is no punishment in this world for others sins which are included in fawahish.
However, a person may be accountable on the day of judgment.
A state can legislate punishment on the principle of sadde zariya for other fawahish.

Sir in my mind these two things are mixing up and you mentioned any physical relation. Will a person be accountable for that if so then what the difference then all the thing modern wearing little expose and other stuff which is going on everywhere in muslim societies nowadays all will be punishable no matter exact punishment mention in Quran or not but it is punishable what you are saying and apart from that if anyone portraying a character will it be considered sin/crime. How we can differentiate

If these sins are coming along with “badkari” do these crimes/sins have punishment in hereafter like badkari.
And if someone portraying a character and have intimacy on screen will consider fahashi and have punishment? Will it be consider that person is promoting stuff like that no matter the story have a good message. The content is Beneficial

The understanding of hadith https://sunnah.com/abudawud:2152 suggest that if a person commit zina,then that person will be held accountable from lustful glare.
However actual sin is for badkari. If a person stops from it and ask forgiveness then the person will be forgiven.
If a person promote badkari, it will be included in fawahish not in badkari as no actual sin is committed.
