What is the reality behind Allah descending to 1st asman at the night as at every minute of the day, there is night in some part of the world. I am not able to understand this….. Kindly explain

According to Quran Allah is everywhere. He is Alpha and Omega. He is the innermost and the outermost. Nothing is hidden from him in the past, present or future. He is always aware of everything. He knows our innermost thoughts.
Furthermore when earth was created, at one time it was entirely covered with water and Allan’s throne was on water.
Similarly, I think Allah’s throne is at 7th heaven now, but Allah is everywhere, all the time.
