Assalam O Alaikum.I was praying Eesha prayer and I sat down for the last rakah and recited Attahiyat but got confused if it was my 3rd or 4th rakah I stood up for another rakah and in the end I performed sajda sehav…Is my salah valid with this even though I revited Attahiyat in my 3 rakah as well?

yes, for any confusion, complete your prayer with maximum sureness, as you did here, and perform Sajda Sahw.
