Morality has to do with right and wrong actions with respect to others. In that respect any immoral behavior would come under usurping rights of others and wrongful oppression.

So how would you explain these things like arrogance, envy, hate etc. Because in them, I’m not actually harming anyone neither their rights?

As long as they are just feelings within oneself then they don’t come under the immoralities prohibited under Quran verse 7:33. However, we are naturally predisposed to know such feelings against others as being wrong.

So then why Islam condemns these feelings that that much. Like it’s not a little thing to say that: “it’s easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for an arrogant person to enter paradise”.

Because they are wrong. Also these feelings generally manifest in our behavior.

Exactly. And Islam has come for purification of humans and moral purification is the biggest part of that purification intended by Islam. And in this verse when Allah is telling about the “only” morally forbidden things in Islam, and other places in Ahadith and teachings of Prophets we get these “individual” feelings condemned to such a great extent as mentioned in the above camel example, then where is the place for these “individual” feelings of hatred, envy, arrogance in the verse 7:33 where “only” forbidden things are mentioned? If no place, then to have these feelings are not haram and will not be asked for them? (But the above camel example confutes the latter interpretation)?

If one has these feelings that do not result in wrongful behavior then it can be expected that God will not hold such a person accountable. However, it is generally not possible for these feelings to not manifest in behavior.
