    AOA Sir @UmerQureshi

Can you please answer Sir Javed Ahmad Ghamidi said in an answer of a question that private parts and their surrounding parts are necessary to cover otherwise it will consider as obscenity, immodesty. like in west cleavage is visible actual chest is covered sometimes not properly in more liberal dresses but overall less or more but covered and in 5 haram things mentioned in Quran there is Fawahish and in fawahish it also includes exposing private parts to other which is actually haram and a mjor sin like fornication or adultery right?

if a muslim women like in Turkey women dress like West their chest is not fully covered sometimes more and sometimes less chest is visible like today western dresses are so my question is these muslim women are commiting the major sin exposing the private part to others or to be lie in the category of fawahish private parts should be totally exposed and the dresses they are wearing will be a culture thing because of the hifz e furooj with respect to their society norms or sad e zariya? Or they all commiting the actual major sin?

To show cleavage or thighs is still considered somewhat immoral or indecent and seductive in every culture including the West, and a dress that covers more is considered more decent. That is why you do not find, for example, a woman in some executive position wearing a revealing dress. Such dresses are not supposed to be worn by a Muslim woman who cares for her religion and her God and the day of judgment.
