Do we have any details about the spectrum of ways men and women dressed during the Prophet’s time in his vicinity?
Dress standards evolve every couple decades, let alone 14 centuries, being subject to respective sociocultural atmospheres. So my aim here is not to derive a normativity of clothing vis-a-vis modesty; just curious.

Yes, men and women wore Kurta and Dhoti. some people wore shalwar too. They wore a shawl when going outside. Garments of men and women were different. Vareity in dresses were there.
