    As’salamualaykum,

Is there any rule in islam that says rulings will be made difficult if a person does that task or action easily.

Does Allah want to see a person struggling ?

Does islam want ease or difficulty in rulings ?

Example: Imam Malik (rha) made a ruling to ruler of his time to make fasts for kaffara instead of freeing slaves as that ruler will be having more slaves and freeing would be easier for him.

    Jazakallahu khaira.

God tends to give us ease, whenever there is a difficulty in the matter of worship. For example, He allows us to consume a forbidden food, if one is desperate, He allows to leave fast, if one is traveling or sick, He allows us to combine and/or shorten prayers during a journey and in some other difficulty.

However, when there is a task which itself demands endurance, and one has taken it up knowingly, like Jihad, He wants to see his people steadfast.

It is reported from the prophet, that the prophet used to adopt the easier way when he had choice. What Imam Malik did, as cited, he just told what Shariah has already given the choices.
