Can A Normal Man Disagree With A Scholar?
Hello there!
My question is that can a normal person, who sincerely is trying to understand an aspect of religion. Disagree with a particular scholar? If the few evidences that a scholar provides clearly doesn’t seem to be true and satisfactorily placed in their place, to that person. So can that person disagree with a scholar? Like if there’s a topic on which many scholars have not spoken about it, and one of the scholars gives a fatwa, then a person asks sincerely for the evidences that led him to this fatwa. And when that scholar gives the evidences through which he deduced that fatwa. That fatwa genuinely feels like not aligning properly with simple logic of the formula that that particular scholar himself follows. What should that person do? Should he blindly follow that scholar or should he sincerely follow the results he came up with, with the same principles?
