Distribution Of Inheritance To The Second Husband And His Children
my question is,
Our house is been sold in pakistan and family members will get each his or her share.
House was on the name of my father’s father. And the mother of my father remarried and had a new husband.
That new husband has kids like 1 son and daughter.
MY father died so now they are selling.
But my question is; in islam do the second husband and his children get a share out of this house selling? While I was thinking they have no share in it.
What does islam say about this?

As a principle, Step brothers/ sisters will only inherit from their real Father, Mother, Brother and/ or Sister.
In this particular case, from the information provided, the inheritance being distributed is of your grandfather who is a real father to your father but not a real father to step brother & step sister of your father, hence they have no share in the distribution of inheritance. Also there is no share of the second husband in any distribution of the first husband.
