Salam,
Having the hair color white and then using dye to darken them. Does it prove that the world is imperfect and its solution proves that the world could have been perfect but the creator will make the following world perfect. Is the approach correct?

Yes, at a minor scale, even smallest of these imperfections will be eliminated in Jannah. And at a broader perspective, this whole scheme of tests and trials instituted in this world demands imperfection so that we humans can be tested through these imperfections and through uneven distribution of skills and resources. All such imperfections from the most minor to the most major scales will be eliminated in Jannah for those who will be successful in this scheme of tests and trials.
And Quran contains that criteria of Success.
