My question is that someone who gets constant thoughts of doubts of sin, like “is this thing a sin? is that thing a sin?”

for example a hadith which prohibits a thing, now apparently to that person, the text directs towards either of the 2 meaning (A or B). now if B meaning is considered then a thing which that person does would be Haram. but all almost all scholars he knows direct the meaning of text to understanding A including even his own intellect guides towards understanding A. but he has constant worry that what if understanding B is correct? even if in Hadith an independent source is not to be extracted but only those which are in line with independent rulings in Quran and Sunnah. now even according to his own intellect, meaning B is not understandable in the light of Quran and Sunnah principle ( it feels somewhat not in line to him) but still he gets constant worry that what if the meaning B of Hadith text is in line with Quran and Sunnah and is actually a shara (explanation) of a sin coming from Quran and Sunnah. if that person has no real evidence that clearly support meaning B, but still just a doubt like what if it turns out to be real. but that person does the thing about which he had doubts, will Allah hold that person accountable upon his doubtful thoughts? which apparently to that man had no clear evidence supporting that doubt?

Man is accountable for his understanding to the best of his capacity. Even if he adopt or develop a mistaken understanding, he will be judged according to his understanding, not the real or actual one.

We do not look for sin in things. Everything is halal and fine unless a question of ethics and morality comes up.

@Irfan76 sir so if someone who has just a doubt but in mind about thing being shirk etc, but has no proper evidence to evidently validate that doubt, but then he goes on with it and does it. if for suppose in akhirah that doubt turns out to be true, then will Allah judge a person as a preparator of shirk, because he did have a little bit of doubt ( even though there was nothing evidently clear to that person that this doubt of real and correct)

To believe in something without evidence is illogical. One needs to avoid it. If doubt has some reasonable grounds and one ignores it, he is guilty, if it is Waham or waswas, it will not make one accountable.
