Is a sajda sahu required if we forgetfully recite first line of durood in second qaidah or sit idle for the time duration of saying a durood (allahumma salli ala muhammad) in second qaidah of 4 rakah namaz.

Utterances in Qada are not obligatory, but are optional therefore, there is no restriction if one wants to offer darud as well or if one has remained idle in Qada for some time. The requirement for Sajda-e-Sehaw is for mistake or assumed mistake (i.e. doubt) in any of the utterances or rituals of Salah which are fixed in Sharia. However if one still wants to do two extra prostrations of sehaw, they can do that.

Please see for utterances and rituals of Salah fixed in Sharia:

Ok, What about the time limits of these fixed rituals ?

for example its said that we have to be in ruku for atleast the amount of saying 3 times subhana rabbiyal azeem and sajdah being 3 times subhana rabbiyal ala.

No such time limits have been prescribed in Sharia. These matters have been left to the personal preference of an individual that they are free to utter any praise of Allah and any prayers during ruku, sujud and Qada.

But logically a ruku should look like a ruku and a sajda should look like a proper sajda, that is why we see such minimum limits precribed in Fiqh. They are pure jurisprudence, not something prescribed in Sharia.
