agr koi aurat faut ho jaye aur uske ma baap bhi na ho, to uska maal wasiyat ke baad us aurat ke shuhar aur us aurat ke bacho ke alawa bhi kisi aur ko milge?

شوہر کا حصہ نکال دینے کے بعد تمام میراث اولاد کو ملے گی اگر اولاد میں بیٹے بیٹیاں دونوں ہوں یا صرف بیٹے ہوں۔
اگر صرف بیٹیاں ہوں تو دو تہائی حصہ ان کا ہوگا اور باقی جائیداد خاندان کے قریب ترین رشتہ رکھنے والے مرد کو دی جائے گی اگر اس کے بارے میں وصیت نہ کی گئی ہو۔ اگر وصیت کی گئی ہے تو پھر وصیت پر عمل ہوگا۔

اور اگر صرف ایک بیٹی ہو تو آدھا حصہ اس کا ہو گا اور باقی وراثت تقسیم ہو گی جیسا کہ ڈاکٹر عرفان شہزاد صاحب نے اوپر بیان کیا ہے۔

Treatment of Undistributed Assets (As per Inheritance Calculator Guidelines):
There will still be un-distributed amount in some cases, when the deceased does not nominate anyone. This un-distributed amount will be shared among near relatives of deceased i.e., Brother(s)/ Sister(s) in the ratio (2:1)
If there are no Sibling(s) left then Prophet Muhammad suggested by his ijtihad that it will go to nearest male relative.
أَلْحِقُوا الْفَرَائِضَ بِأَهْلِهَا فَمَا بَقِيَ فَهُوَ لأَوْلَى رَجُلٍ ذَكَرٍ
Give the shares to those who are entitled to them, and what remains over goes to the nearest male heir.
(Sahih Muslim no 3929)
People can follow any approach according to this suggestion of the Prophet based on their fiqh preferences.
