What The Quranic Basis For Haquq-Ul-Ibad?

Dr. Irfan Shahzad
Scholar April 9, 2023 at 10:54 pmIt is first the Firtat that has the sense of morality and justice to demand to be mindful of the right of people, and then the command of God to fulfill our duties towards others.
Indeed, God directs you [in it] to justice, virtue and to give to the kin and stops you from lewdness, evil and rebelliousness. He counsels you so that you receive a reminder. (16: 90)

When somebody’s wealth, life or dignity is taken by Allah or by any other human being, it is the part of the test of that person on this Earth. Some are tested with diseases, some with oppression from other human beings.
In all cases it is the violation of haqooqullah. If a person does the tauba according to the
law of tauba
in this world, he is forgiven without or with the will of that other person against whom he has oppressed against.
The second person is dealt with how he reacted to this test.
If he didn’t ask for forgiveness or didn’t fulfill all laws of tauba in this world his righteous things will be taken away and he will receive evils, as a part of the punishment because he didn’t ask for forgiveness or he didn’t fullfill the laws of tauba.
This seems more natural and more fitting to the overall message of islam.
The laws of tauba does include to ask for forgiveness from the person you have transgressed against, but his forgiveness is NOT THE CONDITION.
> Because Allah says : ” Say: “O my Servants who have transgressed against their souls! Despair not of the Mercy of Allah: for Allah forgives all sins: for He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.”
