Bank Draws In Kuwait

I would like to thank you for your video’s and explanations on verity of subjects.
I am Mohammed Aslam Siddiqui an Indian National big fan of yours, working and staying in Kuwait,
In Kuwait most of the banks have an saving account where depositors doesn’t get any interest but becomes eligible for Draws, monthly, quarterly and yearly. These draw amounts and in Kuwaiti Dinar 100thousands and millions also.
Actual amount deposited in bank remains same even if one doesn’t win the draw, and the amount can be withdrawn any time
Pleas guide, if this kind of money from Draw is ok (jaez) in Islam

The primary objection on Banks’ Savings Account is because of sharing income of the bank which is primarily earned through Riba – Therefore, whether one earns profit through savings account or through a Bank draw, the objection remains intact.
