Asselamu aleykum,
Why the level of Jews or the Christians who committed the sins is worst than that of the Muslims? And why they are not believed to get out of the hell, one day?
I know that not only Muslims would got Jannah in hereafter and that not every Muslim would get out of the hell, one day. But, this question is annoying me that (Why the Hell rank of Muslims is most lesser worst than that of others, even though every nation has good and bad people?)
Kindly clarify.

There is no such criteria for salvation as it is popular among Muslims.
God has made it very clear that it is he honest believing in God and the hereafter and good deeds which will determine salvation of a man. It is the attitude of accepting the truth whatever it is and no matter how much it is against one’s previously holding beliefs and prejudice earn a man Jannah.
Having said that the one who will be released after serving their sentence in Hell can be both Muslims and non Muslims who did not commit Shirk or other big crime like murder and did not deny the truth when they realized its truthfulness and truth did not reach them.
Keep in mind that in a single narration or ahadith all aspects are not covered but they play in the backdrop of the narration.

@Irfan76 Sir, but if someone committed Shirk (without knowing the truth, which is monotheism), but also committed the minor sins, will he ever get Jannah, after his punishment?

Shirk means to believe in more than one God. This claim has to be justified in the court of God. No intellect leads to this assertion. To believe what one’s forefathers believe is no excuse. In such a situation when truth is unknown, to believe in many gods makes no sense.
