Some people talk to the dead person while visiting their grave,so is it correct to think that they can hear whatever is said on their graves???

There is no information given to us that may tell that the dead can hear.

This talking usually in common is not with the thought that the dead can hear, it is just a feeling of affiliation with which they talk to the dead, something like a monologue. However, believing that they can hear is a baseless idea that needs to be avoided.
