Aslam o alikum
Can we attended marriage hall ceremony where women and men all are gathered together.
Note: the women who does protect there private parts but doesn’t hide there zenat.
So on the basis of this I should not attended the marriage hall

One can attend the marriage and should keep a modest gaze or one may choose to not go to such ceremonies as an extra precaution. A male should observe norms of gender interaction related to him and a female should observe norms of gender interaction related to her. If a female is not fulfiling her obligations, this does not render actions of a male absolutely Haram (as long as he is fulfilng directives related to him).
