Using Lipsticks Or Lipbalms Without Knowing The Substances Added In It
AoA…..Sometimes I buy Lipsyicks or lipbalms and the ingredients added in it are unknown….and I doubt that It may contain any haram substance like pork or anyother thing to make its texture good….But it’s a doubt and i am not sure of it…..So is it perrmissible.for me to use because lipstick also goes inside the mouth?
Plus should I discard the lipstick om the basis of doubt?
Moreover if I find out that anylipstick has pork in it, it would be not allowed for me.to use it….Right?

In US and Europe, companies are obliged to mention the ingredients. It easy for you to check them. Also, there are various app which can tell you about halal and haram ingredients in it with the barcode.
If the information is missing, then its more about personal choice. As precaution, I will avoid all material, if ingredients are unknown.
