When Was Ismail Settled In Makkah?
AA, This question is directed to Ghamidi sahib. I have just watched you video about du’aa of Ibraheem ‘AS given in soorah Ibraheem, wherein you claimed that this du’aa was prayed at the time when Ismail was settled in Makkah. You also referred to ustaaz imam Farahi’s booklet “who was Zabeeh?”. I had studied this book a long time ago and I have it with me. Now, According to soorah Ibraheem and writings of imam Farahi and Amin Islahi, at the time of this du’aa:
1. Sacrifice had already been offered at Marwah (site of Sacrifice as per Faraahi)
2. Ibraheem and Ismaeel had already built ka’bah at the city of Ibraheem residence (maqaam-i-Ibraheem as per Islahi).
3. Ishaaq was already born.
These facts show that Isma’eel was not settled in Makkah at the time of this du’aa but long before that for these events to take place in Makkah.In the light of the above how do you determine that the mother and son were not settled in the barren valley when Isma’eel was a child?

Refer to the verse 14:35-39
It is unlikely that he settled them there first and made the dua later he settle them near His house, while when he settle them their there was no house of God.
There is no mention of the story of Ishamael and his mother being left alone in desert without water and water sprouted miraculously. It is worthmentioning because God mentions His favoures with Qurash to make them grateful to God. He mentions their safe journies of winter and summar because that safety they could have due to being the custodian of kaaba, but He never mentioned the greater favour of miraculous birth of zamzam which made the life possible there and save their ancestor Ishamael.
