Jannah After Childhood Death
My question is, if a child loses his life due to an unfortunate incident in his childhood, like if he gets murdered or otherwise, how will he still be considered a child in heaven? It may sound correct on theory, but isn’t it unfair to the child? I mean, if the child had the chance, he could have lived a good life and gone to heaven. So, the one who caused harm to the child (by murdering him) committed injustice to him but if the child lost the opportunity to go to heaven because of somebody else’s sin, it seems irreplaceable loss of an one time opportunity. How is it so? Thank you in advance.

The chances are equal, if on one hand the child could have gone to Jannah then on the other hand he could have earned Jahannum as well. Therefore, from the perspective of probability, the child is neither at any loss nor at any benefit. However, unconditional allotment of Jannah puts him at an advantage.
God created this world and had humans go through the test of this life, now it is the will of the creator whomsoever he chooses to give this chance and whomsoever he chooses to not. But once the chance has been given, then the value of justice demands that the person be given complete chance of transparent accountability. If at this stage, God puts someone in heaven or Hell without proper accountability, then that would be injustice. But before the commencement of test, it is God’s will that who will face this test and who will not. Those who do not get a chance to face this test, will be sent to Jannah not on the basis of justice, but on the baiss of God’s mercy.

It can be argued that children that were going to die young were always destined to be part of Jannah, they briefly came to earth just to be a test for some, played their role and went on to become part of Jannah as expected. They may never supposed to be tested, just expected to play a part, just like the child that dies in the womb.
Now it is indeed a loss if a person who enters the age of maturity and hence begins their test, only to die or be murdered at a young age, in which case, Allah will compensate accordingly. In case of the two sons of Adam (AS), the one who got murdered commented how his sins will be taken away from him and given to his murderer, hence achieving success.
