The share of a daughter is half as compared to a son based on potential benefit which these relationships entail innately. In cases where there are both sons and daughters, there is room available for a will to be made in favour of a daughter on the basis of any of her need or any service rendered by her for the legator. However, no will can be made on the basis of relationship solely.
