Sunnah Determination
Can Sunnah be increase or decrease? If yes then please elucidate.
Are the following falls under the ambit of Sunnah;
Reciting Azkaar/Aamaal in prayers/post prayers mentioned in narrations.
Tahajjud Prayer or any other Nafli prayer/Sunan Moakkada.
Daily routine Azkaar.
Fasting other than Ramadan.
Mazmaza and Istinshaq during ablution.
Etc etc

Sunnah has been listed in the book Meezan by Ghamidi Saheb and its concise version al-Islam. Sunnah is specific acts that cannot be added or subtracted. However, one may differ in counting a non-sunnah act as sunnah which may be just a nafal or popular act like saying Azan in the ear of of a newborn.
Certain Azkar in prayer are sunnah but all, post prayer azkar are not sunnah.
Tahajjud prayer is sunnah. No other nafar prayer is sunnah (sunah moakkida is also a nafal prayer).
Fasting other than Ramzan is not sunnah.
it does not mean that these nafal prayers of fasting are not proven, some of them are, but the prophet did not appoint them as his sunnah. An act to be called Sunnah needs to fulfill certain criteria as described in Meezan in the chapter of Sunnah.

It means if we count Non-Sunnah act as Sunnah in Nawafil/Aadaab etc. then it must fulfill the criteria of Ijma and Tawatur even if non obligatory actions.
Secondly, if someone act upon Seerah (Non-Sunnah) then would he be rewarded (Ajar) for such deeds?

Sunnah not only needs to come with Ijma and Tawatur but initially, it must be told and taught as Sunnah.
Yes, of course, it is good. and good acts are rewarded.

Secondly, if lifestyle of Prophet be adopted in terms of social deeds like his dressing, way of communication etc etc then it would also be rewarded as these are Non Sunnah actions.

The prophet married and it comes to us with Ijma and Tawatur, but to marry is not sunnah technically. The rules to determine sunnah are prescribed in Meezab by Ghamidi saheb. You need to have a loot at them.

Sunnah also covers Prophet’s “Qaul o Fael” as mentioned in Meezan, so here “Qaul” means Sahih Hadith or else?

Sunnah is all about “Fael”, not qawl. Qawl or hadith is mentioned in support to establish further that it is sunnah.

Ghamidi Sb in his book Mizan mentioned that “Taqeer o Taqriz” Qaul o Fael is also Sunnah.

Taqreer o Tasweeb can be Sunnah. See attached file from Mizan.

Right, as mentioned above, this Taqriri o Tasweeb is to establish a Fael of his that is meant to be Sunnah, not all of his Ahadith have this status or all the actions mentioned in Ahadith are Sunnah. Sunnah is established through actions, and Taqrir o Tasweeb comes to support and establish that it is sunnah.
