Does Hijab Becomes Obligatory, Once You Start Wearing It? ?
II wanted to ask that as we know it’s not obligated on women to wear scarf or anything setted by society,
But if a women Start wearing hijab but she take it off some times and wears it sometimes too,
So would the situation be similar on the basis of shariah as a man who is not obligated to wear Imama but wears it sometimes similarly takes it off sometimes , would it consider be a new situation, and would apply another ruling,,,,
Anothwr situation such as
Men and women both wearing jumpsuit and sometimes wears Jubba/Burkha, or constantly wearing it but skips too, would it be upon the person’s opinion throughout their life or is setted ruling on it,
Kindly elaborate,

Islam’s concern is not they type of clothing you choose to wear and for how long or how often. It’s main emphasis is on modesty and any clothing that doesn’t violates that is okay. Moderators May share a detailed answer.

If that’s the case then if a woman wants to be a walia
Would the same rule will apply to her
If u see the wali of Allah (male)
He wouldn’t wear head gear all the time he sometimes takes it off too
Would it be same for women too when their heads aren’t included in their aura,
It’s a general question to clear up my confusion,,,.
Would it affect spirituality
If it would won’t it would affecting the spirituality of a male too?
It’s question from a woman’s point of view kindly answer it elaborately
