Quran Verses About Hell People Having Conversations
There are verses or passages in Quran I forgot where exactly in which surah it was ; but it describes that people in Hellfire will be talking to each other and even talking to their leaders who lead them to hell. Also some people in Hellfire will ask the guardian angels there to ask God to light up the punishment.
My question is how can humans even talk to each other or asking others while they are burning. Because when humans or animals burn they are screaming and they have like no attentionspan to even think about questions let alone talk to each other. I mean the suffering that burning cause is so severe that one can only lay there like burnt up coals. So what do these verses suggest? That there will be people not burning in it but just be prisoners with light punishments?
Kindly elaborate for me .

So if I understand correctly ; not everyone who hoes to hell will burn? They will be living there? Like I don’t get it. Will they be tortured or living like couples? A little confusing!

The life would be harsh there and the intensity of that harshness will depend on the level in which one has been sent after final verdict; with the more severe level being fire. However, we do not know the exact manifestation of those levels until the day they will truly manifest themselves on the day of judgement. That is wht they are called ‘Mutashabihat Verses‘ in Quran.
