(64:11) No misfortune ever befalls unless it be by Allah’s leave.(42:30) Whatever misfortune befalls you is a consequence of your own deeds. But much of it He forgives.
In dono ayat o me saaf pata chalta hei ki allah ke huqum ke bina koi musibat nehi ati Mera do sawal hei
    1. Agar sab musibat e allah ke huqum se ho raha hei toh kisi ki ijjat lutna (rape) bhi allah ke huqum se ho raha hei 2 . Quran 42 :30 me yeh bhi aya hei ki sare musibatein jo hei hamare haton ki kamai hei Toh kya ek choti bacchi jiski rape ya qatal ho jaye jsise ki bohot waqia ho chuka hei yeh bhi musibat hei woh kaise uski haton ki kamai hogi ?

One thing is God’s command and the other is His permission. Permission means that God has created the possibility of something happening. For example, someone kills someone and the possibility of this was created by God, so it was God’s permission, but not His command and His will. We adopt these different terms to explain the matter. These terms are not found in the Holy Quran, there both types of matters are sometimes attributed to God for the reason that everything is created by God and sometimes to its real cause as in the above verses.

Troubles and calamities will come to a nation because of their bad deeds, this is a law of God, so this trouble or disaster comes from God, but the real cause of it is a nation’s own bad deeds in this sense. These are the results of their actions.
