I have this scenario in my mind

Lets suppose there are two persons A and B

A takes money from B which B would have gotten from its inheritance without B knowing it.

A would have gotten that money anyway as B would have given it to him consensualy if A would have told him but for some reason could not tell him and B dies.

There is inheritor of B which is C

If A gets forgiven in the afterlife by B,is A still liable to pay to C in this world.

If yes then will A have to pay the profit he made by doing business by using that amount or just the original sum of money?

Please read it carefully and answer.

It is the right of C to get that money. If B takes it, he usurps C’s property. It is not B but C who has the right to forgive A or not in the afterlife. Generating money from this ill-gotten money is haram for A. He has to give it back to C.

If it was originally of B how is C is the one to forgive.

      Also please answer second question.

Because after B, it is not the rightful property of C.
