What’s the meaning of being an opportunist (moqa parast) in terms of hypocrisy? It is also said that hypocrites procrastinate, where do they procrastinate? What’s the meaning of this?

And tafsir of Surah Al Hadid ayah 14 talks about procrastinating:
يُنَادُوْنَهُمْ اَلَمْ نَكُنْ مَّعَكُمْ ۭ قَالُوْا بَلٰى وَلٰكِنَّكُمْ فَتَنْتُمْ اَنْفُسَكُمْ وَتَرَبَّصْتُمْ وَارْتَبْتُمْ وَغَرَّتْكُمُ الْاَمَانِيُّ حَتّٰى جَاۗءَ اَمْرُ اللّٰهِ وَغَرَّكُمْ بِاللّٰهِ الْغَرُوْرُ
They (the hypocrites) will call out to them (the believers), :Were we not with you? They will say, :Yes, (you were,) but you led yourselves to wrong paths, you waited(procrastinated), and then doubted, and then your desires deluded you completely, until Allah‘s command came to pass, and you were deceived about Allah by the Big Deceiver (Iblis).

The correct translation according to Ghamidi Sahab is as follows:
They will plead to them: “Were we not with you [in the previous world?]” “Yes,” they will reply, “you were indeed with us but you indulged in mischief, waited for our turn of fortunes, remained in doubts and your desires deceived you until God’s verdict materialized and that great Deceiver continued to deceive you about God till the very end. (Quran 57:14)
