Wa’Alikum Salam,
It is highly likely that Prophet jesus (sws) didn’t not perfom Hajj because of the persecution he faced at the hands of Bani-Israel (specially the religious circle). His life after prophethood was full of struggle. He did not get any respite so as to go on a journey for Hajj. His position was very special as he was the last Rasul in Bani-Israel after which eternal punishment was imposed on Bani-Israel and that is the very reason He was given extraordinary miracles for completion of proof on Bani-Israel and did not even get married. It is because of the same persecution, Bible was not preserved during lifetime of Prophet Jesus (sws).
The Bible (New Testament) we have now is reported through individual reportings of the disciples of Prophet Jesus (sws), hence we cannot claim with academic certainty whether or not Prophet Jesus (sws) ever advised them to perform Hajj. However, considering the holistic situation of that time, it seems unlikely that under such crises advising others for Hajj would be his priority.
However in the Bible, there are some indications that prophets of Bani-Israel used to go to Hajj but these are traces only because had there been any explicit mention in the Bible, it would have been removed/altered because of Bias/Envy of Bani-Israel against Bani-Ismael which is clearly mentioned in Quran.
Regarding Hajj of Kaba before Prophet Muhammad (sws), please refer to the videos of Ghamidi Sahab in the following threads:
