Zakat Upon The Return Of Loaned Amount
if someone lent an amount of money that is above Nisab ten years ago, and receive the money today, should he/she pay Zakat for each year or only for current year.

He will pay zakat only for the current year.

Thank you sir, what would be the reasoning behind why should he/she is not obliged to pay for the other years, since Zakat is obliged forevery year.

The amount he loaned was not in his possession and it was already serving a good purpose.
