  Question: Is foreplay allowed in Sharia or is this act considered as oral sex and Haram in islam?

  There is no prohibition in engaging in the foreplay as mentioned in the question before copulation. However, a Muslim should refrain from Oral Sex which includes activities like Fellatio and Cunnilingus because they are against the Tazkiya required in Islam.
