Specific Scenario That Makes Giving Sood Haraam
As we know that the real Illat for Sood being haraam is Zulm and if Zulm is found in a scenario on the part of Sood Giver, will it also make giving sood haraam?
For example, some business owner who doesn’t have any immediate need to take a loan; his business is not on the verge of bankruptcy and is doing fine, he just wants to further grow and scale his business and for this reason he takes loan from Bank on Interest, now as every business needs to be profitable so that business owner takes the loan and invests in the product that he makes. He sets the price of the product as such to accommodate his interest installments as well in order to be highly profitable so in essence his customers are paying for his interest instalments in addition to what that actual price of the product would have been, so does this make giving Sood to the bank from this business owner haraam?
