Ruling On Wearing Party Gowns
Asselamu aleykum,
I have heard from Ustad-e-Mohtaram (ha) saying once, that wearing the izaar (or tohmat) below the ankles is prohibited. But, it does not apply to jeans, trousers, salwar, etc. My question is, Does party gowns also falls into this category? i.e, Is wearing the party gowns prohibited? Because, that gowns are also slipping on the floor in that way.
