In the first video of which the link I mentioned ghamidi sahb said that those who say that I don’t believe in God or God doesn’t exist it’s just due to their stubbornness and nothing else but maybe someone says this because he couldn’t fully understand or wasn’t fully convinced of the truth still it will come under stubborn denial?
In the next video ghamidi sahb said that people who don’t know that any prophet came God has put in them consciousness so he will deal with them accordingly so the people who aren’t convinced of God’s presence what would they be asked about?
And he also mentioned that those who were received the message of hereafter they would be asked about it too my question what they would be asked about like what Allah wants us to believe in about akirah?

The profession of God, the creator is innate, present in our nature. Those who did not receive any divine message will be judged for their response to this call of nature.
See th verses: 7: 172-173
وَإِذْ أَخَذَ رَبُّكَ مِن بَنِي آدَمَ مِن ظُهُورِهِمْ ذُرِّيَّتَهُمْ وَأَشْهَدَهُمْ عَلَىٰ أَنفُسِهِمْ أَلَسْتُ بِرَبِّكُمْ ۖ قَالُوا بَلَىٰ ۛ شَهِدْنَا ۛ أَن تَقُولُوا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِنَّا كُنَّا عَنْ هَٰذَا غَافِلِينَ ﴿١٧٢﴾ أَوْ تَقُولُوا إِنَّمَا أَشْرَكَ آبَاؤُنَا مِن قَبْلُ وَكُنَّا ذُرِّيَّةً مِّن بَعْدِهِمْ ۖ أَفَتُهْلِكُنَا بِمَا فَعَلَ الْمُبْطِلُونَ
Those who receive God’s message will be judged for their response to the message they received which also asks to believe in the hereafter.
Those who would genuinely disbelieve may put their excuse to God and God with all his knowledge will judge them for their honesty and decide accordingly.

So is every atheist deemed as a kafir because in the first video ghamidi sahb said that those who say that we don’t believe in God are doing it out of stubbornness.

One has to build a case to reject the idea of God as innate in human nature. If he is honest, in his rejection (which practically seems not possible) God has the authority to excuse him. We will see in the hereafter.

But we can’t say who is rejecting due to stubbornness and who is rejecting because the truth wasn’t clear for him and he had misconceptions. Maybe he had doubts and in this case he isn’t doing that out of stubbornness or arrogance, is it possible? then it means we can’t call the people among atheist kafir too. Right? Because there could be any reason because if we see it in this sense a mushrik also has no proof of many Gods so it doesn’t mean he is doing that out of stubbornness maybe he doing it mistakenly. Or else if we start saying they are doing it out of stubbornness then we will end up saying everyone among them kafir too which we don’t know
