Everything is halal except when there is something ethically or morally objectionable is involved. If you find anything objectionable it would be haram, if not, then it is halal.

Pyramid Schemes are often used to exploit vulnerable individuals and are mostly part of scams. Therefore, it is recommended to do a thorough research before entering into any investment opportunity which looks like a pyramid scheme or gives such vibes:
